The PTOA'S mission is to create and maintain an environment of officiating excellence for our clients and associated schools. We will endeavor to have a positive impact on our people, including fellow officials, school administrators, coaches, and student-athletes. We will foster a great culture where everyone feels valued and welcomed, always putting the “we” over the “me”. We will champion an atmosphere of sportsmanship and fair play, always safeguarding the integrity of the Association, ensuring compliance with our core values and the the governing sports federations
